A little bit of ice in the morning?

Love coffee? Too hot to drink coffee when the temperature rises? Do as the Sicilians do; drink it icy cold, with whipped cream. To turn a glass of granita into breakfast, dip pieces of  brioche into it.













Need a snack in the afternoon? Choose a fruit granita; melon, watermelon, lemon, strawberry and for a true Sicilian flavour- almond! Can't decide, you're allowed two flavours!









Raspberry granita just needs that topping of whipped cream!

  1. It really must be hot because I can't quite get my head around the idea of cold coffee for breafast. The fruit granita however, sound yum, please bring back a recipe :)
